Simply put, yes!
If you have recorded calls that are not stored in Zoom’s Cloud Storage, you can upload files directly to Heyday. This opens up possibilities if you record a call to your computer, use another meeting platform, or just have a host of previously recorded calls.
When you upload an audio or video file, you’re informing your Heyday of important moments. Give us some time to process and index the data, then you’ll see a summary and transcript of the call. All contents of the call will feed into the Assistant, so you can always dive into details on what you discussed and how it relates to your past meetings.
To do so today, head to your topic, or create a new topic.
Upload a file.
Wait until we’ve indexed the contents. You’ll see a spinning wheel on the file card you uploaded as we’re working. Larger files take longer!
Then, ask a question about what you’ve added!
