Heyday uses the following scopes to generate call notes and draft content in your voice.

Contacts - get user’s meeting participants info.

We pull in participant contact info like name and email to link a call recording to the right person. After a call is complete, the meeting is stored under this person’s name. Over time, we share patterns and frameworks that we detect from conversations with this person.

Meetings - get user’s meetings and modify meeting settings for users to enable auto recording for selected clients.

We pull a log of all scheduled meetings to help you prepare for upcoming calls where you have spoken to someone before.

We set up auto-recording by default so you do not have to hit ‘Record’ each time you start a call.

Recordings - view your recordings.

We use your recording transcript to generate automatic session notes to share with clients, detect patterns and frameworks from your conversations over time, and help you draft high-quality content in your voice.

User Settings - get user’s settings and edit user's settings to enable separate audio files per participant.

We use your Zoom settings to set up auto recordings for your calls.

We separate transcripts into their own audio files so we can distinguish who is speaking, and generate takeaways based on the call and the history between the two users.

Integrating your Google account alongside Zoom improves the quality of takeaways from your relationship.
