To use Heyday, we require you have a premium Zoom account, so we can use your cloud recordings to transcribe meeting recaps, action items, and more.

If you have a premium Zoom account and are still receiving an error, login to Zoom in a separate tab, then refresh the Heyday web app and connect again. This will almost surely resolve the problem.
