No problem! This typically happens due to an email or Zoom mixup when a call participant isn’t logged in, but we can resolve it quickly. Here’s how you can make sure the call is linked to the right person:

  1. After you receive the Heyday meeting recap email, click “Review and share recap”.

  2. If the meeting is assigned to the incorrect person on the meeting recap screen, click the underlined name and ‘Change client’.

  3. Then, if the correct client appears in the list, click their name. Otherwise, choose from one of your other existing clients or add a new client..

  4. As soon as you select the right person, you’re set! You can continue to review the call and all your notes will be attached to the correct client.

In the future, the best way to get around this is ensure your client’s name and email are attached to the Google Calendar event. Even when they’re logged out of Zoom, we’re much more likely to link the person properly.
