Prerequisites

Process

  1. Connect your Zoom account to Heyday.
    1. We’ll automatically update your settings to auto-record and store recordings in Cloud Storage.
  2. Add a Zoom link to your upcoming calendar invite.
  3. Inform your client that you’re recording the call.
  4. Be present in your call, knowing that Heyday is taking care of the notes.
  5. After Zoom has processed the recording, watch your email! You’ll receive a meeting recap email from us 20-30 minutes after the call completes.
  6. Be amazed!
