You sure can! In Heyday, we call them shared topics, and they’re available to anyone.

Anything you choose to share with your collaborators is available to review – including notes, files, calls and websites you’ve browsed – and your collaborators can share, as well. You can also ask questions and review others’ questions – extremely handy for helping others see how you’re getting value from your topic.

There are two ways you can share content:

  1. Directly invite people to collaborate. All users must have a Heyday account, but if you share with someone not currently using Heyday, no worries! They can sign up then.

This is the best option for small teams and information you want to remain private. 2. Share a link, making the topic available to anyone with the URL. There, anyone with the link can review your notes, shared items, and questions. Then, they can ask questions of their own!

This is the best option for widespread sharing and information you want to make public.
