• Heyday generates themes from the history of your conversations. You can use these to keep track of your client’s progress and measure what has been most important across your relationship.

It takes time to build up history of your clients. If your calls are on the longer side (multiple hours), you may see previous themes within 2 calls. Otherwise, expect to see them after 3 calls.
