Heyday only shows you today’s upcoming meetings with people you have already added as clients. If someone’s meeting isn’t appearing, make sure you’ve added them first.

If you still aren’t seeing a meeting with someone who is a client, do the following:

• Add a Zoom link to your Google Calendar invite.
• Wait a few minutes for us to index the data, and you’re in business!
• If this is still failing for some reason, clear your browser’s cache. This works surprisingly well!

After you connect your calendar and upcoming meetings start appearing, you’ll go from here to here to here.
